Cabbages & Condoms in Pattaya Thailand

Sean, Chris and myself are in Thailand for a couple of weeks doing some promotional work and took a taxi down to the resort of Pattaya this afternoon.

We're staying outside the main town at a place called Cabbages & Condoms, a very nice little hotel on the beach that give you condoms and strongly encourage safe sex on their bathroon mats. We originally wanted to go to Koh Samui but the time thing wasn't in our favour so Pattaya it was. This place has a reputation as a whore house by the sea but its actually scenic around the outskirts. Very handy for people who want a beach town close to Bangkok, the drive is about 2 1/2 hours. Taxi was around 1,000 baht.

Had some decent Thai food this afternoon and will sample some more later.

Oh guys....I'm so, so sad that of all the places you can go in my favorite country you choose....ugh...Pattaya.....Sean Sean Sean.....you could have at least gone to Koh Chang to be on an island and it's a national park.....and it's just off the coast.

I know you guys are there on business, but I hope you can take a few days to explore this gorgeous country.

Sorry Ria - all the islands were like $150 flight RT and we only have 4 days with Chris - so Pattaya was the closest and we are not even in the town - on a beach outside. Not bad I reckon.

As far as the name - don't stress it Leo - it is just a name - no call girls or anything...it is just "for fun".
