Excitement City - Brunei

Friday night in Brunei isnt exactly the most exciting time you are ever going to have but at least theres plenty of elbow room.

In the fact theres plenty of room all over this country because the population is only 350,000.

I ran into many expatriate workers from Indonesia and the Philippines, some of whom told they had been here for 10 years.

At the Dairy Queen I chatted with the staff and the man said he was from Luzon Philippines, the woman from Banguwanggi Java, just across the Bali strait from me. I asked her why on Earth shed choose Brunei over Bali and she said the wages were sedikit better.

Plenty of large mosques if you need them.

You should have looked up the Sultan's brother.
He's had plenty of publicity when he's been here in the UK over the past few years, due to his liking for (working)blondes and the occasional tipple.

In the Brunei Airlines in flight magazine there's plenty of photos of the sultan and his relatives. He goes for the 'Saddam Hussein portfolio' in that he's in a military outfit, sporty outfit, all balck outfit etc. His bro was sporting a yellow jacket and cowboy hat so you can tell these guys like to party.
